About Bets Danko

 Success Coach for Women

Helping confident women figure out what's missing and make a plan to do something about it.

Because having a good life and having a life that truly excites you aren't always the same thing.

I've Been Helping People See What's Possible for Years

With more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and advertising industries, I've spent a good portion of my life working with people, understanding what makes them tick, and helping them recognize what they're capable of.

I've worked behind the scenes and in front of the camera, spoken to audiences, organized retreats, and helped teams work together more effectively.

As a motivational keynote speaker, team builder, retreat organizer, and coach, I've learned that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to helping people grow.

We're all different. Shocking, I know!

What motivates one person might completely overwhelm another. What works beautifully for someone else might make absolutely no sense for you.

That's why I adapt my approach to the person sitting in front of me.

My work brings together mental awareness, emotional understanding, personal values, and practical action. Because real change doesn't happen just by thinking differently. It happens when you begin making different choices and following through on them.

And believe me, I learned that lesson in a way I never saw coming.

The Rebirth of A Coach

Sometimes It Only Takes 15 Minutes to Permanently Change A Life

In 2009, I was living a pretty full life.

I was a businesswoman, wife, and mother of four. I had a career in advertising and entertainment, performed on major stages in Southern California, and loved backpacking, singing, volunteering, and taking on new challenges.

Life was busy, exciting, and fulfilling.

Then, after just three doses of an antibiotic I didn't know I was allergic to, the life I knew was turned upside down.

Suddenly, I was facing physical, mental, and emotional challenges I never imagined I'd have to navigate.

I had to relearn how to walk without falling on my face, retrain my brain to work through complicated thought patterns, and figure out how to live in a world that doesn't always understand challenges it can't see. And somewhere in all of that - with all these new challenges, I had to figure out how I was going to redesign my life.

Don't get me wrong...this is an exciting thing when you choose it.  But I didn't choose it... so the fear was real. The frustration was real.

But...I had the power to decide what I was going to do next.

And the powerful truth was... the physical stuff was only the catalyst... the real challenge was in my mind.

I began looking more closely at how our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and personal stories influence not only the choices we make - but how successful we are at creating a fulfilling life that we love.

I learned to question assumptions about what I could and couldn't do, recognize opportunities I might otherwise have overlooked, and take some pretty serious steps toward creating a life I loved again.

That experience became the major force behind my coaching philosophy.

You can spend an awful lot of time thinking about what's wrong, what's missing, or what you can't do. But that doesn't tell you WHAT YOU CAN DO NEXT.

I picked myself up, got clear on what I wanted my life to look like, decided to make it happen, maintained focus, and kept pushing the boundaries of what I THOUGHT I was capable of.

This is how The Clarity Edge was born.

I'm not here to tell you what your life should look like.

I'm here to help you figure out what YOU want it to look like.

And then help you make it happen.

What Makes A Great Coach?

My job is to challenge you. My goal is to help you feel more alive. To do this, I am authentic, personable, and supportive. I listen to your joys and your concerns. I facilitate your growth by reminding you that you hold all the cards.

Most importantly...I facilitate change and you create it. We don't just have a conversation or two and call it coaching. We work. We set goals, make commitments, lay out strategies for living up to commitments, and create the energy you need to get things done. Each call is an opportunity to get you closer to a more balanced and successful life.

My goal is long term success.

I take my role in your success seriously. Why play it small when success is right in front of you?
